BEGIN!
To make sure my alternator is alive or dead, I need another vehicle to try and charge the battery. There don't seem to be any neighbors handy willing to lend their vehicles.
I have a hunch however that this is what is wrong aside from a burned out clutch. Wouldn't surprise me, two problems in one. We'll see, however, as soon as I can get some levity somewhere.
