Now it's time for the real world

Well I did it! I graduated college! Now it's time to get a bunch of letters, say a lot of goodbyes, and answer the same question about what my plans (or lack thereof) of my future!
I changed a lot since I first moved in as a freshman, I gained the confidence to admit I was gay, come out publicly, become one of those weirdos that pretends to be an animal on the internet, and done some spontaneous traveling which is something I never thought I'd do. anyway I've definitely grown into a better person and one that I am proud of and hope that others are as well.
My last few weeks I had a serious case of graduation goggles (where you suddenly love every mundane or annoying thing just because it'll be the last time you do it) I didn't want to leave the library before my last final. But now that I've walked the stage, got my diploma, and posed for a billion pictures I got over it and I am ready to move on. Now I don't want to seem like I didn't have that great of a time in college, I'll have amazing memories that I'll treasure for the rest of my life (unless...you know...Alzheimers) but I won't sit in my room and cry over the fact that things won't be the same again.
As far as the next year or so goes, I'm moving back in with my parents. This will only be for a year to earn money while living rent free and get acquainted with work. Believe it or not it was my parents idea but we all agreed that after a year I'll have my own place. Over the summer I'll be a head coach for a summer league swim team and an assistant coach for a club team. In addition I'll be work as a medical scribe in the emergency department at the local hospital. Not sure how long I'll have that position because I want to become a patient care technician to gain on-patient experience hours to eventually apply for Physician Assistant school.
Also I should mention that I'll be staying in Virginia during this time but still hopeful to go out and live somewhere else and experience new places. For now though, I'll be patient and make sure I have a good financial backing and experience before I just go somewhere.
The future is still pretty unknown which is both scary and exciting! Let's see how things go
