but I think rumtar has the right idea, just be friendly yourself and in the case of unwanted advances just say no and be fairly straightforeward with it
gonna guess you did this seeing how detailed it is
anyway, when you start getting hit on, you smile and flirt right back so you are kinda hitting on them too, might help i guess (nobody ever hits on me so idk really ;_;)
