I haven't used actionscript in like 4 years (thankfully), but it should be fairly straightforward.
-Create X scenes, one for each clip
-Create a new Symbol, specifically a "Button"
-Go to "Actions" for your newly created button
-add
on (release)
{
gotoandplay ("Scene X", 1);
}

This will go to the desired scene and start playing immediately when the button is released
You'll have to make a button for each scene.

-go to the last frame of the scene and add stop(); this makes sure it doesn't continue playing at the end of the scene.
