It's about time I posted a new journal; I've been out of work for almost a year now. But that's not the point here. This is:

Kayzor Hatake (Kasey)

Species: Imperial Wyvern
Size: thirty feet long, forty foot wingspan, eight feet at the shoulder and twelve at the head.
Weight: 600 pounds
Age: 22


Appearance:

He has midnight black scales with royal blue slash markings across the eyes, three royal blue horns across the back of the skull, and a narrow jaw, almost triangular in shape. A single royal blue stripe runs from his forehead to the tip of his tail, and there are slash marks coming off the main stripe. He has a row of curved blade-like spikes running the length of his spine

His wings have a royal blue membrane, and smaller wings on his hind legs act as stabilizers in flight., and his body is lean, well adapted for flight. Golden eyes finish it, along with a scar across his right eye.


Personality:

He's quiet, seemingly distant, but truthfully just a little uneasy opening up to people after being betrayed by a trusted friend. If you can get him to open up, he’ll talk to you about nearly anything, but he prefers to talk about current happenings, or if he really likes you, his recent past. He doesn’t discuss his time growing up due to traumatic events he’d much rather forget about.

He likes to go out flying for long periods of time, and enjoys collecting unusual trinkets. He also enjoys listening to the rain when it comes, and stargazing on clear nights.


Home:

He lives in a mountain cave he’s adapted for modern comforts - he’s installed solar panels for electricity, as well as a lightning rod for thunderstorms. With that, he’s able to power a TV and a laptop with a wifi connection. He has a fireplace for warmth in the winter, and keeps a picture of an unidentified dragoness on his mantle. When asked about her, he will invariably lapse into silence until the subject is changed.
