So it's fitting that my first act as a DPT will be to tell you guys that you don't move enough. You probably already knew this, but maybe this article will help inspire you to move around a little more. The article is really good except for the part where they say to sit at 135 degrees... while that may be better for your back, it's turrible for your neck. Just sit at 90 degrees (which is much better for your neck) and use a towel roll or something similar for your back. Other than that, the article is good. It's my Awesome Thingy.

Cool. I tend to get a small pillow and place it between my back and what I sit on. I knew sedentary lifestyle wasn't good at all, but this...this is an eye opener. Jus'goes to show how lil' things add up. Thanks Dr. Cario.
