Uploading Flash Video?

Hello everyone! I'm trying to upload a video I converted into .swf format, but I can't find a way to add controls to pause it. If I don't add controls, the video will just loop continually I think. Are there any free programs that don't add watermarks that anyone has had good experience with?

Best way to tell; is to play it yourself and see if it loops. If it's a converted video, it shouldn't loop (sometimes has an option for looping). As for programs... only one I know about is Flash...?

Thank you for the reply. The video does loop, I've checked. I decided to simply upload a link to my dropbox.
