A few of my clients have run into an issue...whether paid or raffle...that is, they are not getting their files. I have yet to be commissioned for prints (and i am good up to 8.5"x11" hi-rez) that need to be shipped, and I haven't yet had a badge commissioned...what I'm concerned about are digital files being lost.
If you have paid into a commission or group project, I have you on record, and you are explicitly entitled to a full-rez, non-watermarked copy of the final product, which you are free to print yourself or post on your website. A few of my clients have come back saying they never got their JPGs. If you haven't received your product, LET ME KNOW so I can make sure you get your product. I have your transactions so I know who you are, but if the internet screwed us both over, I'll make good on it.
I'm bringing this up because a few of my clients have told me they never got their files even after I sent them in attachments. If this is the case, let me know...when I accept payment I am delivering a product.
I need to finish a commission and then I'm back into Space Furs.
Also...I actually want to thank those who won my raffle promo, because it was a fair degree of insanity for me that taught me lessons about how to make things work. And I'm still trying to make the perfect 3D diaper...if you've ever seen how it looks on a real toddler, well...I think I'm close (and if Daz makes decent anthro figures I can re-work the Genesis Baby diaper to look realistic, until then, I'm kludging it).
I'm just trying to make something...close to real.
And thanks to everyone for helping me get every step closer.
And...some good news...Daz 3d bridge to photoshop has been fixed so I can expand my arsenal.
