Very sick (sorry for tmi)

This all started about three days ago I think.
I THINK I have a UTI. (aka excrutiating pain when I pee)
But every time I google symptoms, it gives me a spectrum all the way from a simple infection to "omg you have cancer sorry".
So like... being as specific as I possibly could, I think I might have found out that I have a uti.
At least I'm HOPING that's all this is...
If it gets any worse then I don't know what I'm going to do. ;~;
I have no insurance or money for a doctor visit so I literally HAVE to wait to see if it'll go away.
It sucks and hurts and makes me feel helpless.
And I'm sorry if this does progress and leaves me unable to work.
Just gonna wait it out for now, I guess. Wish me luck guys. ;~;
