WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN SERIOUSLY?

Mostly working and then since January, I've been in school. I don't know if we met around the time I was in college but I didn't do so well then and I went back (but not to the same college). I've been through my first semester and out until August, if things work out financially.

My greatest apologies to you. I know it's been so long and you've been patient. I really needed a life check. I still have to get it together. It's like once I get somewhere, I have to immediately start working on the next level. I can't just sit and hang where I am for a while. My mind is already on working summer school and being prepared for the next semester. While I have time, I want to work in some commissions and hopefully earn some money.

If it helps you any, as time goes by, my ideas and work get better so you will be surprised when it starts again.

I'll put you out there for people man.

Because if you don't. It's going to be hell.

Oh, I know. The project I chose to commission is something I've done (I wont say easily but..) it's within guidelines I can follow through with while also practicing with external creations untouched by my hand. I really need the money so I have motivation and pressure to get me going. I just been searching for a strong purpose and connection to what I'm doing. I've been feeling very distant. I only am using two slots so I should be fine.

I wonder how come no one is interested in the forum though. I see that people went there. Is it because my work is traditional? The price? My record of inactivity? My skill level? The lack of interest in what I'm offering?

I say you need to put the pricing in your journal on on your page of your gallery.

I know there are others but who else is offering the same as I am or better. Either that or I need to find out what's in higher demand (just thought of that).

There are a good number of artists who have the same level of skill or better than you. But they dedicate themselves to getting better artwise and make life a priority. Some of the artists I watch also offer adoptables, YCHs, regular commissions, and stream commissions.

Your prices should be set to your level of skill AND productivity. As you get better, You can raise your prices accordingly.

Right now, those are fair prices you have.

Once again, if you are going to offer commissions. You got to show people that you are going to be available, your prices have got to be showing in the journal AND in the front of your gallery here on FA or in the commission tab.

Let's face facts, your absence caused people to lose faith in you. I know we all have ups and downs in life. I know I do too. But I communicated with people. you didn't tell people where you were and what was going with you.

But remember what I told you about never letting people take away your love of drawing?

People assumed mostly you gave up on that and now you're starting to realize how your absence has probably cost you many a potential fan with the V7 and their story. At times, you gotta learn to POWER THROUGH things and adversity. For it is that that will show people your character the most.

Believe me, you pushing it on pricing? Uh uh, you weren't.

I had that in mind about posting up my commission information here as well but I only had people on the forum in mind. People in that area, I know are customers looking for commissions. On here, even when I was active, I still wasn't popular enough to catch people's attention. That would point towards my lack of public interest.

As I go through it with you, I am just getting ideas. Yeah! I think I've got it! Thanks for sharing. I'm going to work on my showmanship and look into what's trending but I assure you, if I had good digital work, people would flock to me.
