Those are some ridiculous rules, wow! I'm surprised someone can still make any money off adopts with rules like that! The only time I ever asked to be credited is if it's an original species of mine, and for reposts of my art (mostly just so they don't claim they made it), and even then, I don't go anal like that about it if someone doesn't. Holy cow, I can't even begin to imagine why these sorts of rules are reasonable! o xo

They're not reasonable at all. You can't just.. take something back without returning someone's money x_____x
I like to look at these things properly and I will just never buy from people who make these kinds of terms.

I've thought of it being reasonable in only one sense, and that was for breaking serious rules, like trying to resell for much more than you bought the adopt for (mostly this really), more than once and ignoring all contact with the original creator of said adopt who's trying to resolve the issue. Cause tbh, if you only buy an adopt just to try and make effortless money off of it, than you really don't deserve the thing in the first place, but even then, I give multiple chances to be sure it's intentional and won't stop unless they lose all rights to have any of my stuff by that point.

...but over inactivity or crediting? No, that's just begging whatever fanbase you have to hate you, and possibly even harass you by breaking your rules out of rebellion! D:

Those kinds of rules are perfectly fine, not reselling for an unreasonable amount and such. It's the ones that I mentioned that I find unreasonable. I know this happened to Noel (Coy) recently but there wasn't a whole lot he could do about it except warn people? It's hard to manage things like that as well 'cause a lot of selling can happen through notes ;;

Yeah, I prefer to be noted for trades so nothing gets stolen, but I don't see much reason for privately discussing sales, unless it's an art/design+cash offer, other reasons for it are usually shady, or are because you don't want others/someone knowing you're spending money. Dx

But yeah, those other reasons, like credit me forever or I'll take it back, or I'm taking it back if you ever seem inactive or get banned, and no refunds? Never reasonable, or rational for that matter. :/
