those were amazing. i remember hearing some of those and the fantasies they gave in my mind. always wanted an arp odessy when they first came out. i did build a small number, what i could afford at the time, of paia module kits. and then a vox jaguare i played through them. never got a real amp, just uesd my stereo and a couple of 8-track recorders and later cassettes. that was of course the mid 70s by then. but the first time i heard this stuff was in the very early 60s i think, and it was always what i wanted to hear more. melotrons and theremins and musique concrete and people doing odd things with filters and oscillators and mixers and tape.

also i remember too, some time in the 50s when i was real small, less paul deomonstrating some of the things you could do with just tape and mixers on ed sullivan.
