keep track of all the people you watch here in FA?
I roughly watch >200 people and sometimes I feel overwhelmed of the amount of stuff all of them generate in just a short period, for example, I recently nuked all the submission notifications I had for over 3 years or so and it was like 21K+ submissions...
do you really go trough all the submissions of the people you watch?

The worst is when I go to sleep, but I usually go through it all in the morning. I'm very anal about keeping the number down, as I don't want to get bogged down by all the stuff.
I purposely let them stack for that long, I could say I did went trough 90% of all those submissions except for the occasional time I wasn't in the mood to visit FA but yeah, disposing of them is the most reasonable thing to do, hehe
I'll get to them someday.
