General rating is only for submissions that are suitable for all audiences. Kid-friendly, etc. Nothing that would be considered above "PG-13" should get this tag. well i think i did it right so someone needs to think before they act and say "thats not pg-13 thats a mature rating" but who cares there just dumb.
