-one slot per person. multiple chars are fine if they are interacting.
-no slot-holding by saying 'I want one' or something to that effect, just fill out the info please. if I don't get info, you don't go on the list.
-attending stream is not mandatory, but I will not be doing edits outside of the stream that aren't blatant mistakes on my part.
-payment occurs after completion. please note your place in line and plan to be able to pay accordingly!
