So I'm going on a diet. Advice Please!
I really hate how my body looks currently, so I'm limiting myself certain thing and adding others. I'm also going to try out for track next year, so I need to become fit again. I'm a lazy ass right now.
Limiting:
Candy
Chocolate
Ice Cream
Chips
(Sadly) Pizza
Soda intake (it's small anyways, but still)
Unhealthy food in general
Adding:
Fruit ( apples, bananas, oranges, pears, all that good stuff )
Veggies ( broccoli, carrots, green beans )
Healthy drinks
Non-sugary juices
More meat
Rice cakes
Granola bars
More wheat bread
Oat meal
Lot more liquids
I'll also be doing exercise, such as:
Walking
Jogging
Running
Crunches
Push ups
Squats
Yoga
I'll be doing this for a month, or maybe all summer.
Any more suggestions? For both food/drink and exercise? They would be greatly appreciated.

Lastly if you cook a lot consider switching to coconut oil, And a good way to loose weight is by doing shots of apple cider vinegar. Its disgusting lol
Apple Cider Vinegar shots sound horrible, haha
Do you know from experience..?
But anyways, I will looking into all that and such. Thank you again
and I'm just curious, how much weight have you lost..? You don't have to answer, but you can
But I'm not really....big. So weight takes longer to melt off of me so to speak but I lost a good 25 lbs on my first diet which was like...2 years ago but it took me like 3 weeks to do. (It was a crazy diet I don't reccomend it. )
Then I did insanity workouts which I loved.
And currently I'm going to the gym 2-3 times a week. So all together probably like 50+lbs
I understand that, weight on me usually sticks for a while. My thighs, butt, and tummy are the areas I want to work most on, though I wouldn't mind getting some arm strength. I'm not really a big person, just little chubby and unhealthy.
I'v done a few very risky diets were I lost around 10lbs in a week, and 23lb in a week in a half (never do them, I was practically starving, and getting horribly sick too... too much weight lost in so little time wasn't good for me at all).
Oh gosh working out is so fun, and nice! There is an AnyTime Fitness just down the street from me where I could go work out a couple times a week.
That's pretty cool, I congratulate you. Dieting is hard at times, because all you wanna do is relax and eat food you love, but it takes a strong person (mentally and physically) to keep on the diet. Keep wanting to do this.
I just want to be happy with myself... I haven't been for a very love time..
