Diet, exercise and discipline. I know its cliché but that is all it takes. If you don’t got a gym membership get one. Also GNC now make some pill packets with all you need to get that waist down and get your energy up. They make them for all body types and ages, I use the sport combination myself. And finally, and this is one that I learned from that girl that had a gym show on Bravo but she said she only has sweats and alcohol and other vises on the weekends only. But anyway it looks like you and I shooting for the same goal look, however I will hopefully look like that in time for FC.

Slim :)

Well if you are a slim build then I would recommend the weight gaining milk shakes over the fat burning pills. It will still give you all the vitamins you need to keep your energy up but also it will give you a shit load of protean to help build muscles. Because if you just go work out with out it you will be toning your muscles and not building them up and if you do that then you will end up looking slimmer and people will think you are some kind of a meth addict. ;p
