I like traditional because it feels more exciting, and real, haha. I notice that with traditional pieces, you can totally see the different level of care in making sure the piece is just right. Only sad thing about traditional pieces is that backgrounds are way too uncommon, and for good reason, haha.

Thats what I want to use coloured pencil for! Backgrounds. They always look lovely with the correct colours.

I personally like both. I like the ease digital gives artists, but there is a beauty to traditional that digital can't match. I have a binder here for traditional art I get. I like to receive traditional art.

I'm a huge fan of traditional, but I just love the feel and the appearance of marker, graphite and ink. There's something that's just so much more satisfying about it. Also, when it comes to collecting work, I still prefer traditional. It's really nice to hold a physical piece in your hands that you know is one of a kind.

I prefer traditional in that I like having a physical piece to frame and display...but digital is usually better for details at a more affordable price

i find traditional is more fun and easy for me (im new to digital)
i did a sketch of my sona and it was really fun even though i changed the pose countless times and the pose got harder each time

I love digital because it looks better because you can fix mistakes and use fancy effects and what not... (and stabilizer for perfect lineart... I fail at trad inking)
I'm picky with trad because a lot of people just don't know how to make it look good imo. Pyromaniac on dA is a god with pencils; I wish I could color like him. and emperpep with watercolors.... I freakin love watercolors
I really enjoy doing trad art: pencils, watercolors, acryllic paint, and clay but yeah... too time consuming, I don't have time
Also, what vixian said. Make even a tiny mistake and it just look awful... it's why I hate trad inking >< my hand shakes
