Yes! I charge for changes unless the changes are really minor.

I had no idea that we were 'supposed' to charge for changes. Been taught that way. Illustrators all charge for changes to anything.

You're literally the first person I've ever seen do that o-o; It's just kind of... peculiar to charge for changes on the sketch stage considering everything is so flexible on that stage. For example, the sketch stage at least as far as I've been commissioning people for a couple of years now is for the artist to try get a feel for the character, and the commissioner to point out any inconsistencies with the character the artist might have made. Do you charge for that kind of thing? It'd be a little... peculiar to charge to fix errors.
