Hello all furs reading this,

My name is Cody Keller, and recently, the electric company shut off the power to my apartment. I have spoken to them multiple times, and the only way to restore the services is to either pay the balance of 609$ or to contact my uncle and have him send in two letters of his changed address. The last bit is difficult due to the fact that my uncle has been out of the house since august of last year, and has no contact with us. We've tried to explain this to the electric company to no avail and they request us to pay the bill of 609$, and set up a payment plan as well as energy assistance after the initial payment of 609$.
