Keldeo and Shaymin~ (Got them, thanks!!)

Hey, kinda a long shot, but I really wanna get my hands on a Keldeo and/or Shaymin (yes, I want to touch their weiners.) That is, I wanna keep 'em! Of course, these are event-only Pokémon so they're a bit hard to find for someone like me, and the GTS is out~ Asking you guys here is basically my best bet, so how many dicks do I have to suck to get my hands on either of these guys!!

I have Shaymin on my Black & White character, but I don't have the slightest clue how one would transfer it from that game to yours...

Just use Pokebank to transfer from black/white to X/Y if you have them!

I don't have an action replay, does one even exist for 3DS? I'd use Pokemon but I no longer have a DS action replay -- and I don't know how to make pokebank think they're legit!

There is one for the console not the games.

Meaning, you can use an AR on a 3DS for NDS games, but not for 3DS games, yet ...

I still haven't actually finished X and Y yet xD
usually I just end up using an AR to generate shinies once I beat the games, never seem to have the motivation to go all out with completing the pokedex. This is probably due to never having anyone to share the game with though. Same thing happened with animal crossing.
