If the conditions are met, I'm going to be at Anthrocon 2009!
I've ever been to Mitteleuropa but never been to North America yet, so I also wanna see many other cities: Vancouver, Banff, Chicago, Washington DC, New York (and more??)
Er, what I should do next is... making a reservation(s) of Pittsburgh's hotel? or making money? (´･ω･`)
Anyway, I hope to see you there in July!
Though I'm afraid I'll be almost alone during the trip, I wish I'll have a good time.

Be sure to reserve yourself a hotel room before they are all booked, or else you will have to find someone who will host you!
If taking a trip to the US, visit Utah in the Winter. The Ski Resorts are wonderful. I live in Utah!
If you want to make Money at AC, consider bringing some Comics with you to sell. Many people would buy them! Including me, if I could go this year.
By the way, do you know where I can buy the comics of "Betamax"? I love Legendz comics.
And I'm afraid, he cannot ship his books internationally.
That is unfortunate. Orz. Could I use the Japanese buying Proxy Service? Or could you bring some of his Legendz Books to Anthrocon for purchase?
Find a nice hotel in Nearby Canmore, about 15 Minutes Drive from Banff, and drive/ride in.
And Banff is in a National Park. You will need a pass for your car, if you're driving one. Plan that in your budget.
I have a Japanese drivers lisence, but I've never drived left-hand car yet, so I'm scared a bit to do that ^__^;
And I'm going to stay YH in Banff.
Well have fun while in the U.S.A. and North America! Its a fun place but keep in mind most all our drivers are crazed road hogging aggressive speed maniacs! (Well in all the cities you listed they are!) so stay safe!
