Gotta LOVE Growin' Old! Grrr!

Most karmic quote: "Let me be that darkness in your world of light..."
welp critters... s'not like I didn't know it was comin' fer awhile now anyways... an m'sure some of ya may've noticed the style of m'art's changed (quite a bit even ta my bad eyes) but t'day my wrist was in so much pain I had ta rub on some arthricream it was hurtin' so bad... an I've only used it twice since m'roomie Ramseys got it fer me... but this time hurt a LOT worse than last time.
So m'sorry ta say but if this is a sign'a things ta come then this ol' werewuff's not got much of a future left with drawin'... or doin' much of anythin' else lefthanded (there goes most'a m'sex life heh)
so unfortunately m'gonna have ta turtail doin' much drawin' even more than b'fore. I will try doin' art now an then when m'wrist/fingers feel up ta it... but I jus' gotta face facts... nature's tellin' me ta take it easy now in m'older age... an b'sides... you critters are practically explodin' with new artists with talents that I only wish I could be half as good as they are now any more anyways so I ain't gonna be no big loss ta the furry art community.
But don't think fer a second that m'droppin' off the scene totally... I'll still try an be social when/if I can... jus' wantin' ya ta understand why I can't be as artistically productive as I used ta be.
So be kind ta yer furry artists m'furfamily... cause no matter how much we may wanna continue... eventually time (and/or other factors) may take us away from doin' what we love most... *hugsallaya*
,.. and now your even older.
Wish the best for you either way though.
*waggles my bear part at ya* hehehe
I use a stuff u can buy at wally world called arnicare it work amazing I swear by it please give it try
That doesn't mean a damn thing: Being an artist may be cool, but that's only a part of who you are.
And who you are is an awesome, caring individual who puts 100% effort and soul into everything they do.
Be it friendships, work, hobbies...
So don't feel down that this has come to pass- Being an artist doesn't define you, it's merely something that the sun has set upon.
Remember: When one door closes, another opens. Have you thought of wood carvings by chance? Or perhaps something a little less wrist-oriented?
*Draws you into a hug* Never forget, you've got people here for you at all times.
an yeah I've been workin' in more 3D mediums (which probably accounts fer some of the wrist joint pains too) as well as whatever usual chores an shit I tend ta do normally an I ain't about ta jus' lay down an die jus' yet... jus' merely lettin' y'all know that this ol' wuff's finally grudgeongly admittin' that time an age is catchin' up ta me... but thank ya so much hun... wouldn't'a made it even this far if it weren't fer critters like you an the rest'a m'furry family backin' me up *hugsya* {:)
You might not be able to draw as much as you used to. Nature's probably keeping you from expressing yourself the way you'd like. Nevertheless, with the drawing skills you developed, the imagination you displayed, and the creativity you utilized, you created pieces that had such depth to them. Yes, some were porn, but even within lied a story to be told. Your characters and art had context, development, and complexity that shared your vision of many sub-genres of our fandom. This dedication was evident, which encouraged others to apply your style into their own visions as well. In turn, as you gave your view of what you thought macro, hyper, transformation, anthro, parody, and any other category was, you also influenced it. You partially defined what those types of art were and are. We, your viewers, saw what you had to show us and loved it.
From one of your long time watchers, thank you. We appreciate your art, your voice, your ideas and your contributions. Here's hoping you can continue to create more art, but also take it easy on the drawing paw.
That's gotta be one'a the nicest things anyone's ever said ta me in years!... seriously ya got m'eyes waterin' up here... I guess probably the main 'point' of most'a what I draw... is ta help bring joy an laughter ta all m'furry family... We got so much seriousness already in our livesthat we need the venue of humor if fer nothin' else than ta take the edge off all the seriousness even if jus' fer a few moments an laugh... or even jus' smile at somethin' light-hearted...
Don't get me wrong I love doin' the 'more serious' styled art an it's fun ta do too... but it was also what was puttin' more strain on me physically... which was/is why I hardly do it... and while I honestly would try ta put more effort inta it if they are commissioned pieces even then I was usually wincin' in pain b'fore gettin' even halfway through'em which is one'a the reasons I rarely even do commissions any more an charge more even though I really wish I could drop the price and/or even jus' do requests an giftpics instead.
No matter what ya do in life though time eventually taps ya on the shoulder an tells ya it's time fer ya ta slow down an take things easier... hell even doin' the 'smaller' chores here onda ranch like fence repair takes me twice as long as it used ta... but ya take yer time, go at it at an get it done when ya can... s'all ya can do... an I wanna thank you too m'lil'Weaselybro... fer sharin' yer light an warmth with not only me but everyone who's life ya've touched... an that I've always been proud of you an the accomplishments you've achieved... It's always wonderful ta see an read about things yer friends've done an say ta yerself "yeah I know that guy! He deserves it...."
So you go on an keep bein' yer lovable self m'friend... cause it really helps not only brighten yer own life but those who love ya! *hugsya*
Also, you've done so much already. You've nothing to prove. Enjoy taking it easy, sir!
git over here ya wonderfully wiley weasely guy an step up ta ownin' the things ya've done! Shoot bud I pretty much already got it in m'head ta mailin' ya what few lil' poke'mon toy keepsakes that I was lucky enough ta amast durin' my brief intrest in that franchise (includin' a gold plated Poliwhirl tablet incased in plastic) inside of a poke'ball I'd won m'self ages ago... *hugsya* :)
*Says the guy who can't stand in certain positions for more than a minute or two anymore, WAY less time than it takes for the objective anymore. So just gotta do less standing, more recumbency now. Ya' gotta do what ya' gotta do to adjust……..
