Best way to deal with such people is to ignore them.

I know, but I cant ignore it XD.. I take it personally and get hurt.

Then you have get a thicker coat of fur (we germans say "dicken pelz") or you could ask if he had to compensate something. :P
Or you reply something disarming and stop him on his hating spree.

All this could not work you, maybe youre a too kind person, but for me was a backlash always fine, im not the guy who starts a fight but i will always end it.

Btw i got an idea about the stuff noted you ealier (3 weeks or so)

I tend to be too kind XD.. I try not to be hostile unless shown hostility first. Then i'll need someone to hold my earrings.. if you catch my drift x3.
