I think that all you have to do is run the installer. From what I could tell from the required specs, no additional software is needed. I use Photoshop most of the time, so I'm not to great at Paint Tool Sai (great program though).

I'm sorry but that really doesn't help me :U but thank you. I already downloaded it I just need to download something else in order to run it and I don't remember what... I had a few Trojans and a lot of spam ware. The joys of a Windows PC.

I'd recommend you get Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (what I use) or Microsoft Security Essentials (completely free, but isn't the best). Other good choices are Kaspersky and Bitdefender Antivirus Plus (a lot of my friends use those).
