Once again the Arc is going under a change, a Territory is going to be removed, but it'll be replaced with a more detailed and more better designed territory.

This territory is barely used, nor has it been part of the Arc, it was created Pre-Remake, and it hasn't been updated to newly refurbished Arc, please be aware, this decision is not out of anger or hatred despite what you think. This Arc is expanding and is moving on. Any territory that isn't up to date to the Arc's progress will be removed and or given to someone that can help update to the Arc's progress
