WARNING SKYPE VIRUS/WORM

I just got a file send request from a friend on skype today.
If you see a friend send you a file thats just a bunch of Numbers and letters followed by a" .jpg.scr " (Example: AE73HG38-HFT739GHCF-FIN6683JGGM.jpg.scr) DO NOT ACCEPT THE FILE TRANSFER OR OPEN IT.
Its a worm virus thats going around on skype not sure what it does but i looked it up and people say its a possible worm virus. soo be careful!
Warn said friends you get these files from either on skype but they prolly have been hacked or something sooo if they dont reply on skype Warn them elsewhere, like their FA page, or where ever they post art or check often.

luckly i spot potential viruses easy, like just suddenly getting a file from you without rhyme or reason.
