So, I got a question. Lets say you have a friend or a child and you know that they are suffering from severe depression issues. You made plans to go hang out with some guy who strings you along pretending your his girlfriend all the while he's married. He won't even consider divorcing his wife for you. You've been at work all day and come home from a 9 to 5 day. Your child/friend says to you, Hey I wanted to go see a movie with you. Then you say, "Oh I promised so and so I'd go spend time with him." Your child/friend is visibly hurt and upset. Instead of thinking that maybe your child/friend really needs you, you yell at them, make them feel bad, and then leave to go be with the guy.
Would you instead of leaving, say to your kid/friend, hang on let me call this guy and we can go? Or would you sit there and basically say screw you to your kid/friend and that you'll do shit with them later on?
Honestly, I'd be more concerned with the kid/friend rather than the guy... But that's just me...
