BIO:
Name: Oscili (Esperanto for Oscillate, or Levitate)
Genus: Canis Apatelos (Deceptive Canine)
About: Oscili almost always look like a canine that was thrown in the dryer. Fluffy. Their fur is dangerous to the touch because their fur releases sparks due to static electricity built up. *can take form of any species to deceive prey. Must stay fluffy*
They levitate due to static and "bracelets" around their "ankles" and "wrists". They are always in feral form, never anthro.
They have a gem in their forehead the same colour as their bracelets that glows when they feed.
When threatened, their fur spikes up and excess static electricity is released from all over the body (like pikachu's cheeks)
When relaxed, their fur relaxes and their "bracelets" glow because of electricity build up.
Bracelets may be any color, and always glow when Oscili is relaxing/sleeping
Food: Oscili do not eat regular food. They feed off the energy of other living creatures, making them a dangerous predator. They are never the prey.
The gem in their forehead glows when they feed, and only when they feed, never when they are relaxing or sleeping.
By taking the energy from other creatures, they kill the other creatures
Transformation - disguising:
They can disguise themselves to look "normal", hiding their bracelets and gem, leaving only colored markings. Disguising themselves this way makes it easier to prey on other creatures by making them look vulnerable.
They can also make themselves look smaller/younger to attract bigger predators.
They can not change form any other way.

In the same way they take life from other creatures, they can give life - in the same way a pikachu can transfer energy from it's cheeks to power an electrical circuit
When they take the energy from a living being, they take 5 years of extra life (they live for 5 more years than they normally would) making them essentially immortal.
Although they are technically immortal, they CAN die.
When Oscili have successfully taken another life force, they have the option to shift their body to look like that species. It can be literally any species (**not another artists closed species, that is the exception**)
Their "true" form is unidentifiable since they are forever changing. (Believed to look similar to this: **GORE AND SCARY WARNING** this shit is from the 1982 The Thing. Tails: they CAN have "monster" tails for camo purposes (like a butterfly has on it's wings)
Face:
They have a regular animal face - eyes, ears, nose,, mouth, whiskers, etc.
Do NOT come in contact with whiskers, that will release a fatal amount of electricity to you.
Mating:
They mate like any other species.
All males are normal sized, no overly sized members. Ever.
