today, i took Finlandia (my ferret) to the vet to have him checked out since he was getting really ill

while there the doctor told us that he was in critical condition and likely suffering from cancer

she said that we can have tests done but also putting him down was an option

i went with the latter, i just didn't want for him to suffer

i've had him for 5 years, he was a good ferret and always very considerate and kind

i will miss him dearly

im okay though, i'll just need time to get over it really,but im fine
