I still need to play Homecoming a few more times to get the other endings, but I really think that this might be the best Silent Hill game ever made, that or 2, because both have lots of strong points for them.
Spoilers.
Why I love Homecoming.
*Dark Brain fuck of a story line
*Big twist at the end with Alex acadently killing his little brother Josh and it turning out that Alex was the one to be sacraficed not Josh.
*Getting to kill order members.
*The fact that Alex is really cool aka head case who thinks he was in the army.
* Reference to Silent Hill 0rigins, and showing that the main chracter of that game is still alive.
*The other world looking cooler then it usally does (ok could just be because of it being on the PS3) but I love the Sheperd house, the church and the hospital so very much, gheee.
*PH being back, and unlike the crappy movie, he has a good reason to be around aka to Punish the founders of Shephards Glen for breaking the pact.
*More back story and more info on The Order, and showing those crazy ass 'cleansing rooms'
* also I love the chracters Th Shepherds really should get the most fucked up family of all time award.Deputy Wheeler = The coolest sane person in the series, and a man who knows how to kick some serious ass. Curtis Ackers is just a fucking scary freak, a very scary freak with a power saw, got to love it, he has to be the most disturbed non main chractter sence Eddie Dumbrowski from 2 (oh and in the game I slit Curtis's throat, making the battle with him short and sweet.) Also the other three heads off the other familys all nut jobs who really made me happy to see die (ok even though I did cringe when the Dr got his head bit off.)
*I also loved so many other things about the game, but still I wonder who is more crazy, James or Adam. hehe :3
Though hey crazy nut jobs can be hot, thats why I still have a thing for the children killing, self killing, jesus looking, ritual preforming, i think my mommy is a room, Walter.

oh, so you have a PS3? do you have an online ID?
Ah I have to agree on that, the only thing that comes close to being that scay is Vatel (you know the angel in silent hill 3)
Yuppers I do, and no online ID yet, I am not so sure how to get that to work, because i enter the stuff in then well i cant rember what goes on but it doesn't let me put it through for some reason. I was told its because you already need to have had a PS2 account or something and to use that on the PS3, but I have no clue, all I know is that I don't know what to do ^^;;;
(oh also you really need to get 0rigins, you can get it for the PS2 as well now, even if not everyone loves it, I do, it has lots of parent issues, darkness, and one of the only three chracters in the series that you know for 100% is still alive)
eh? no offense, but it's not hard to set up an ID... and no, you don't need a ps2 account xD all you have to do is connect the ethernet cord to the PS3, and create an online ID in the network section... dude, I want you to create an account so we can play online games together! if you want any help, I'll try to help you set it up... it's not like xbox360, it's completely free :3
what games do you have for PS3?
Yeah still was a great game, because of all the info it gave, had some great minor chracters aka the victoms like the guy who 'skinned' another guy and attacked the cats (skinned = striped naked) also Henry and Walter both great chracters. Not to mention the game answered , or at least gave hints to things like James being dead, who hired Douglas, ect.
Also with 3 that is close but a bit wrong, your more of Cheryl still, but re-joined with alissa, making her whole again, because originaly when she was going to be sacraficed, Alissa split her soul in two, and the truck driverTravis saved half of that soul and brought it out of Silent Hill, eventually she ended up with Harry. Though what secret ending do you mean, the UFO one, or the insane Heather one?
Really? how do you do it though? because I am updating things now, and well i tryed about 10 or more times the first year i had it and couldnt get anything to well go through, just kept getting messages saying no cant do, that, ect. Though will try to get one and such. and thanks I am sure i will need some help, because unlike most stuff i hook up this thing doesnt let me go all half assed and randomness to get it to work xD
and yay thats good then, also if you ever see me with a xbox anything that means I'm insane or square enix has sold out and only makes games for them XD
Eeep, not many really, I think i have 4 games so far Homecoming, Disgaea 3,Enchanted Arms and Dark Kingsom. (yeah not much cash so of late i still have picked up alot of PS2 games i need and DS ones)
Oh and here is my fave order of games (2 and 4 I will just have tied for now, 1, 4, 0rigins and then 3) (all games I give a 10/10 lol)
and yea, I remember now. and I meant there's an ending (or just an unlockable) you can get that's like an alternate to the OPENING of the 3rd SH game. (where instead of the song just playing, Heather would actually sing the song herself xD)
Oh yes that ending, they also have that song on one of the DDR games, fuck i need to get that version of the game because I love the hell out of all SIlent Hill music, and even imported the first two sound tracks so far. Now I just need the rest (got the third with that game) but murrr need 0rigins, 4 and Homecoming with the great vocal tracks and all.

yes, I'm the same way... if anything, I might be worse about it. I can't live knowing I've let someone down... and oh, it goes so much further than that. my fucking dad used to always call me useless, and that I couldn't do anything right, so that pretty mu8ch stuck with me my entire life. :\
Aww thats too bad that you have the same thing going for you *hugs* and yeah I had the same problem with my dad, he also threw in hitting and yelling his head off... so I gather things like that do have a big impact on ones life *nuzzles*
you shoult totally get MGS4 or Little Big Planet <3 so we can play online together
oh, btw, they have this new application called playstation HOME. it's completely free as well.
so, do you have ANY games we can play online? cause you could always rent games :3
Wait how the fuck did I forget to mention I have MGS4, I love that game so much. (also I really need to get that one square enix game that came out for both the PS3 and 360) though how is little big planet? I never thought about getting it because, lol no pint before.
But yeah so also having MGS4, thats the only games I have, also I havent rented anything in well ages, lol don't even have a card any more to rent things xD so might need to do that. lol yeah with games I tend to 99% of the time stick to RPG's, mostly JRPG's.
