Ok So I'm trying to get some ideas on what progrmas work best for digital work any ideas? I know There is Gimp and Photoshop but I need to know what version is the best. I am willing to pay for photoshop if needed. . . Let me know! Thank you!
Life always has it's obsticals. You can't run from them you can only face them and either fail and try again or defeat it on the first try. Either way be proud of yourself for achieving it weather it be the first of 50th try.

Photoshop CS4 is out, I think, but whether or not it's better than 3 I don't know. Other than that, there's like... Adobe Illustrator, and stuff. I guess you wanna know which is best, but I don't know. xD Try Google, sheesh.

Illustrator is alright, but I know a lot of people who swear by Photoshop for coloring. The cover page of my comic is done in Illustrator if you want an example.
