Wandering around the hotel most likely.

Definitely Tonic. I hear the apple burger is to die for.

Definitely ask first, but I don't see it being a problem.

If I'm in suit, take as many as you like. I'm a heck of a lot pickier about pics of me out of suit (I always think I look horrid in photos) so please ask for non-suit pictures!
What's your goal(s) for the con this year?
Say hi to old friends, meet new ones, and explore Pittsburgh. The only other place in the States I've been to is Florida, so I'd love to explore the city.
