INCUBUN ADOPT/CUSTOM RULES

JOURNAL STARTS HERE Information in this post is subject to change without warning.
AS AN INCUBUN OWNER, YOU MAY;
-re-sell your Incubun for it's original price. Extra value may only be added for extra artwork drawn or purchased of that character.
-trade your Incubun for another adopt or artwork.
-make minor edits to Incubun design. Please read extended editing rules below for details.
-repost your Incubun to your gallery as long as watermark is kept on the image and credit of the species design and a link to my profile is in the description.
YOU MAY NOT;
-re-sell or trade Incubun for more than original price claiming 'sentimental value' or other reason if no extra artwork is added to it.
-edit the Incubun design in any major way. If you don't like the design that much, don't buy it.
-create a twin, sibling, children of the Incubun.
-buy multiple Incubun from me for the sole purpose of trading them for rarer or more expensive adopts.
OTHER RULES;
-you do not have to credit me for the design on any extra art of the Incubun you buy, only on the original Incubun image from me, and/or character ref sheet (if you get one done). Although I appreciate it if you do credit me.
-it is appreciated, but not required, if you mention that the Incubun is a closed species.
-Incubun species are only open for self-creation by paying a £5 fee for the use of the species design (more details in CUSTOM INCUBUNS)
-gifts are gifts and may not leave your hands unless I have given explicit permission beforehand. Please contact me before selling/trading/or giving away. Please do not take advantage of my generosity.
EXTENDED EDITING RULES;
-as mentioned you are allowed to edit your Incubun design! Physical aspects such as piercings, scars, other damage, missing limbs/parts of horns. anything you could do to a real human body. Anything outside of that may not be changed.
-editing hairstyle to whatever you want is fine.
-editing colors is fine so long as they're not too drastic.
-edited markings are fine so long as they're not too drastic.
-you may change horn length and shape.
-you may add, increase, or remove fluffliness. But only in places where fluff is show on long furred Incubun.
-likewise you may change colors (color sliding is fine), but do not drastically alter a palette.
-I REQUIRE ALL EDITS TO BE SHOWN TO ME!!!! I want to know what to expect if i see the adopt floating around, to make sure that it was an edit made by a purchaser, and not a counterfeit adopt. please respect this request.
CUSTOM INCUBUNS;
-As mentioned you may pay a one time £5 fee (subject to change without notice) for usage of the species design.
-Once paid I will send you a template for the Incubun (of your fur length choice).
-You may erase parts of the line art only if they are covered by clothes or hair.
-You may erase and re-draw the horns if you wish to change the shape/length of them.
-You may add a penis to your Incubun. I only have SFW templates at the moment as I wish more people to be able to see them when I post them.
-Once you have designed your Icubun you MUST show me your design so I can approve it. This is to make sure the design follows the species rules. If it doesn't I will tell you what needs to be changed. If your design is declined more than 5 times you will no longer be allowed to design and Incubun. (if you haven't got the species rules fixed by that time then what are you even doing?)
-I will NOT give refunds of the species usage fee if your design is declined 5 times.
-You may also commission me to design an Incubun for you. Please fill out this 'CHARACTER DESIGN' form and under species write INCUBUN.
-These commissions cost the same as regular character design commissions from me.
-Usage of custom incubuns follows ALL the same rules as above.
REPEAT RULE BREAKERS WILL BE BANNED FROM PURCHASE AND BLOCKED! this depends heavily on severity, but still stands.
this is the only measure i will take against you, all i am asking for is respect for my rules. do not purchase from me if you cannot follow them.
