can't see titles/usernames

I cant see any submission titles in browse or the artist name in browse OR submission messages...I'm using Crome...

There's a button in the grey bar at the top of the browse window (under /next to the search bar) says toggle descriptions. that will bring them back. as far as submission messages idk
