OK, I finally got a bank account but the had a bug and now I'm not allowed to log in till I reset the questions.
But I need a PIN for that.
And I won't have one till they give me the card.
(The temporary one doesn't have a PIN.)
Anyway, I'll call them and see if I can fix this so I can open commissions.
