A quick run-through:
♦I require payment up front, references to garner a proper quote, and
honesty from my customers
♦I do not issue refunds for any pieces already rendered or partially rendered.
♦I accept payment plans if they are necessary for the customer and the
customer is dependable (more on this below).
♦If you want WIPs please ask, otherwise I will work privately until a piece is done :)
♦I love tips! Tip me and I'll rub my magical little hands all over your
commission and make it extra great. (Also thank you!!)
♦My work is not meant for commercial use/nfts/profit (please ask)

Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
ETA / Turn around time:
Please refer to my queue! :) Each commission type requires a different amount of time to complete, but I prefer to ask for at least 2 weeks leniency to complete any commission!
WIPs:
Please ask if you'd like them, but most of the time I offer free WIPs on anything larger than a sketch! ^_^
(Note: If you want a WIP for every step of the process and want to be very involved in the creation of a piece, please let me know because there will be a nominal fee.)
PAYMENT:
♦I am a U.S. based artist and accept USD only!
♦Tips are ALWAYS welcome, and I will 100% give your commission a little extra love if you send a tip during check out as a thank you!
♦I request that commission invoices be paid within 48 hours of being received, I tend to be lenient but if I can't contact you within a week of the invoice being sent and we don't have an arrangement for payment at a later date, I will cancel the invoice.
♦I do allow payment plans upon request, but they are strictly for trusted clients. Failure to make payments will result in a loss of future payment plans or a block.
♦I do not issue refunds, please keep this in mind before commissioning me.
♦I will not haggle my prices but please feel free to discuss your budget with me and we can find something in-budget together!
FAQ:
"Can I upload my commission elsewhere?":
Absolutely!! If you do, all I ask is that you credit me if that's an option!
"Can I put a watermark on my commission?":
Yes, and I would encourage you to do so! Character/art theft is no joke and I want my clients to be as safe as possible.
"Why don't you offer revisions?":
I do, but for a price! If I've already completed coloring a piece and giving it those final *chef kiss* touches, it's going to be difficult to go back in and tweak anything without tweaking a LOT of things. If you think you'll want WIPs, please be sure to tell me beforehand! Also please don't leave out important details if you think your reference images/description might be vague in areas. I reserve the right to decline revisions if I feel for any reason they're unnecessary or if I no longer feel comfortable working with a client.
"Do you draw real people?":
Upon request! :D I don't mind drawing from real-life references or doing portraits of commissioners!
"Can you email my file to me?":
I sure can, and I do! I will request your email address (along with your paypal address for invoicing) and send your files once payment has been received in full!
**IMPORTANT NOTE**:
Before you commission me please be sure to read my full TOS, and know that you are agreeing to my Terms of Service and all rules that lie therein.
Updated Adoptable Policies
1. Downpayments are required on any AB adoptables that require a payment plan.
The downpayment is 50%.
2. If you do not reply to a bid confirmation (winning bid) within 48 hours, the adoptable will either be put back up for sale or given to the second-highest bidder.
If you do not return to claim the winning bid within 48 hours twice in a row, you will be blocked and unable to purchase from me for the foreseeable future (3 months - 6 months - a year).
3. If you have been blocked by me and banned from purchasing adoptables from me, do NOT BLOCK-EVADE.
This includes purchasing my adoptables from other users, trading with other users to obtain my adoptables, having your friends purchase adoptables for you as gifts (or paying them to do so), etc. If word gets back to me from any users that you have been block-evading, you will be permanently blocked and added to my blacklist which will be viewable by future purchasers.
4. Do not resell, trade, or gift purchased adoptables without contacting me prior.
Please check my blocklist before reselling, gifting, or trading one of my designs! Use your best judgement to determine whether the person you're reselling/gifting/trading to may be one of my notorious blocklist-evaders, if you're unsure please reach out to me! :)
5. You may not resell any of my designs for more than what you paid for them unless approved by me before resale.
If additional artwork is included, you may raise the price (reasonably), but I'd prefer to know before you do! ^_^

If anything I draw or create on commission is going to be used commercially, the commissioner must tell me prior to the work being done and payment being made. Royalties will be requested if what I create will be used for profit.
I reserve full rights to all artwork created by me, and my works will NOT be used commercially unless authorized by me. If I find that you are using my artwork out of context, I will take it upon myself to bring legal justice to the matter.
Please ask me before reposting my artwork if you are not the commissioner.
Commissioners, only, may repost my artwork.
Please do not trace, copy, duplicate, or sell my artwork without my permission. I will bring legal justice to the matter.
All sales are final, no refunds may be requested or placed for Adoptables or Commissions of any kind once work has been completed OR files have been delivered.
Down payments (50% of price) on adoptables are nonrefundable and are considered a "holding fee". However anything over the down payment that was paid can be refunded if payments can no longer be made.
If a payment plan has to be canceled for any reason other than dire circumstances, the customer will be blocked and unable to purchase any more adoptables in the future.
YOU MAY NOT EDIT MY ARTWORK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. WHETHER COMMISSION OR ADOPTABLE, GET MY PERMISSION BEFORE YOU EDIT OR YOU WILL BE ADDED TO MY BLACKLIST.
