I don't think a two person suit would work.
At first, you'd have to people stuck in one very warm clothing item, sharing their sweat and body heat... doesn't sound comfortable.
Second, you'd need two people who get along very well, so much that they want to share a several thousand dollars investment that neither of them can use alone.
