Josh Smith (code name for the actual person) blocked me on Facebook and all other means of communication, which means I'm out of luck as far as my krogan suit goes. $1800 is gone. Highest highs to lows. Yes, I'll be posting to various websites and yes, I'll be looking into legal nonsense, but this plus health issues just leaves me deflated, defeated and just numb. I was hoping to have it so I wouldn't be just another fat kid wandering around megaplex.

oh and I would recommend a debt recovery agency, all you should need is proof that you gave this person money for goods/services they did not deliver
I imagine they offer the service to people as well as business.
They do all the harassment and thumb pulling for you.
And if they take the person to court they do it all and the lendee has to pay back the lender/customer and cop all legal costs.
Oh, anyway... stuff like that always ends up going to court, if you're lucky or unfortunate it will be televised like Judge Judy.
