So as some of you may or may not know, I just had surgery two days ago, I am finally out of recovery and at home, waiting on my biopsy results.

I had surgery/biopsy due to these rapidly growing lumps in my throat, some of which ar epainful, some of whicha re not. After Bactrim and a Z-pack did not help my cause, I went to the doctor's.

I has then found out my trachea and vessels were being pushed over to the left and weighed down by the angry lumps and swollen lymph nodes in my throat after a Chest X-ray, CT scan, and blood work. Yet we still do not know if it is an infection, lymphoma, or both, which can all be very likely due to family history.

The surgery alone was very dangerous due to the location and spreading of the lumps into my back and chest, with the removal of three and risk of shoulder muscle damage that would have been permanent, I managed to avoid all risk so far and am alive and well, so I am grateful.


Because of recovery needed though, I have decided to take a month off from school and just do sit down work at my job. Which will also give me a little more time with art for now, which would be a nice reprieve from what has become my normal schedule of school and work all day and no relaxation for me.


I'm hoping the biopsy results come back as nothing more than a severe case of cat scratch fever or some silly infection that can be taken care of with some heavy antibiotics. If not, well, I'm still grateful to be here and love you all lots!
