i have an Action Reply for the 3DS and i can make any pokemon shiny (completely legit.)
and i was kind of wanting to make other peoples pokemon shiny if they wanted??
for maybe a drawing or some flight rising treasure??
depending on how many pokemon??

the only pokemon ive wanted shiny is my eevees lol but that sounds kinda fair since its rare to find a shiny pokemon a lot of pokemon fans would wanna do that x3

it still is completely legit. they remain the first owner and its still caught in kalos and all that junk.

It won't flag them. You can still use them online and trade them in the GTS.
