Why cant ppl tell the diff between real and fake? I mean really

That's how some people are. Think they know everything and they know nothing and gotta be cocky about. I get it all the time at work. Especially when you work in a kitchen. Some guests assume the know how 4-hour holding times should be 2-hour holding times but they don't know about how other places run themselves. Sure they may have worked in a kitchen, but not mine. And my chefs run it the way they want to. Point is, they're arrogant. Tell em "have a magical day" and they can't reply to that XD

While I relate to what you're going through and understand, it might help to remember people have made up greater lies for lesser reasons, leaving... basically most people to get stuck with inability to understand how work benefit of the doubt, rather than full on belief/disbelief. Your cancer type checks out as a possibility while being pregnant for young people. I don't doubt that, but you are wrong about your treatment harming the fetus

If you are in stage 4 (which is quite severe) I would definitely consider an abortion then full treatment, to nullify the chances of having a defective newborn, especially with the treatment you're receiving. You can always have a child later, you're still young. But, then again, I'm not a doctor.

My high risk doctor assures me my lil boy is habdling the dose fine. They are limiting the doses of each drug as to not harm him.

As for abortion. Im 22 weeks in and more than half way through my pregnancy.

My doctors know what they are doing. Im not receiving radiation treatment directly since I am pregnant.

They will induce me 1 month early so he isnt exposed to the entire treatment.

Additionally. There is a chance of sterility and I wasnt supposed to have a child ever so I look at him as my only chance. I will love him no matter what happens. Mental issues or defects. But as far as they know he is developing perfectly even though the chemo did in fact make me anemic. The vitamins I take counter that.

I had a "friend" fake medical issues and eventually her own death because she backed herself into a corner in the fandom I guess.
