It seems I have to have a birth certificate to get a minor I.D. to get a bank account to get a paypal account to get commissioned.
Also I have to be a legal citizen.

Oh, it's not like I don't have a birth certificate, it's just that it's buried in a bunch of crap in some stoage thing in Saudi Arabia.
It's kinda hard to get to.
WELL, I guess we'll just have to wait a couple years to do commissions,
unless anybody is willing to do it THE HARD WAY?
