Heyyy friends. Anthrocon ended a week ago! I guess I could make a post about it!
This year's AC was a bit lazy for me. I kind of regret not getting out and doing more things, but at the same time, I did really enjoy the things that I did do. I really loved just goofing around in my hotel room with my roommates (vombatiformes, arpad, and scriber). I set my alarm for Saturday but it didn't go off, so this was the first time I've been to a con with a suit and wasn't in the parade. (I woke up at 1:45pm, when housekeeping knocked on my door! I didn't say anything or answer the door, I just pulled the covers over my head and pretended to still be asleep. So housekeeping came in, apologized, and left.)
I also didn't make it to any of the dance comps! At least there are videos of that stuff online. Sorry to my various con friends for not hanging out with you more, or not seeing you at all :( Mental energy was really lacking this AC. I was really disappointed with the new location for the zoo! I miss the original room they had the zoo in! The new location felt like a cold, sterile basement.
I did get quite a bit of suiting in! If anyone finds photos posted anywhere, link me? I bought a little fan at the dealers den for Pons' muzzle, and it's definitely worth having :)
Next year, remind me to put something in the art show! I've never done it before, but I'd like to.

I'm glad you got that fan because I imagine being able to fursuit more comfortably is immensely valuable.
And yessss, you should put some stuff in the art show! Then come to the artist-dealers snack-dinner thingy because FREE FOOD. Ohmnomnom.
