Just a couple questions

First off! Are all my badge WIP's annoying? Is there a better place I should be posting them to show who they're for so I don't make any mistakes? Or maybe I should only be uploading the sketch and finished badge o-o I think I might switch to that actually, unless someone getting a badge requests otherwise...
Second, raffles. I know I'm going to be doing a second one soon, but I'm hoping to get more entrants for it. Is it fair to give extra entries to people? I know some raffles have if you watch, or this or that you can get extra entries but is that really fair? What other ways is there to advertise it with A) Not spamming submissions or B) Making people do extra things for entries? I want it to be fair, so I guess it shouldn't really matter how many people enter, but at the same time, it would be nice.
Just it's you guys who get all the random submissions from me so I just rather not be annoying you guys ._.'

Unfortunately advertising anything is basically spamming of some sort. I would just keep it tasteful, don't do it every hour, maybe once a day or every other day. You're more likely to get people coming from the front page that way which is good. Requiring a watch+comment is probably as far as I would go. I've also done "put X in your comment" to make sure people read the contest.
Keep in mind FA's rule about no-reposting for contest entries thing.
But I know about the whole spamming thing... I just wish there was a way to promote it without annoying people... And keep it fair.
Like if I gave an extra entry for referrals, would that be fair? One person could get a bunch of entries while saome people might know as many people, or they may not want to enter so is it fair to do it that way?
I think I'm overthinking this but I'll figure it out x-x
But plan on doing them every 2 months! The raffle will be open for a month, and the following month I make the badges... So it will be an ongoing project for me ^-^
I have no idea when I'll end them though
