Woke up crying?

Do you guys ever experience this?
I woke up from a dream last night where I saw my deceased cat(who passed 10 years ago!) but in the dream he was alive and I was hugging/petting him. I realized it was a dream after a bit and started to cry, when I woke up I was crying in real life too. Sounds strange but I guess it was closure!
