Laptop problems (again)

So my new laptop decided it would fuck up and not want to boot.
It froze, crashed and now it won't turn back on and it need a a boot disk (to which I don't have because none of my laptops have come with one)
And now I'm frustrated and just ugh.
Sorry for the delay with everything again. No idea if my files are going to be ok.
I might have to start over with things.

It may be the mast boot record.

t it to work, and it was because it tried updating to Windows 8.1 the other day. Had to restore it to the other day, everythings ok now. Thank god. Technology hates me lately.

Doing that would likely fix the master boot record.
