I'm looking for an artist who does comic pages. It's just a one page comic, three-four panels at most. Price wise, I don't want to spend more than $75. I could pay more if a payment plan is okay and discussed. The theme is general audience and subjects are canine.

If you want pen and ink, watercolor, whatever, I'm avoiding making a price ref sheet until I make more examples, but on the advice of friends I'm running $15 for a pencil sketch, $25-30 for a black and white page, $40 for full color.
