Getting sick of getting the cold shoulder.

I maybe just dramatizing but lately I've been experiencing numerous instances of people who I am on good terms with that I usually chat with, simply not responding to me. They are online, not idle but they just dont reply to my messages.
this is compounded by the fact I've been noticing a declining trend in social activity in the australian furry fandom. asside from yearly cons, meets, social gatherings, movie nights, have all stopped being organised. It is as if I am being actively plotted against... I fucking hate that!
I try to be proactive about this, even going as far as organising a local meetup. but guess what, not one person has responded to me. What the hell?
edit: Apparently Skype is largely at fault, lately its been showing alot of people who are offline as online. which is why my messages go unresponded to.

FA+

I haven't sent you any messages in a long time either, because I haven't thought of anything cool or relevant enough to you to say. I think about it every time I see you online though.
Seriously, tho, a lotta folx are getting burned out with information overload these days. Don't take it personally if someone has been overwhelmed by 30 IM requests and you're #31...
Hope you've been well, and wish we could meet for some coffee or milk tea. =)
