The new AUP is online and it seems the part "Fractal and landscape generated artwork may be uploaded, within reason, provided they do not violate the Flooding Policy" allows me to continue uploading my Terragen artworks. Well, that's how I interpret this.
I think your terragen stuff is safe. Good news.
